MINIMUM 6% Rental
Guarantee
A unique, one of a kind development such as The Dunes Golf & Spa resort is well positioned to benefit from some of the highest rental returns available in Tunisia. We are so convinced in the rental potential of the Dunes that each property is offered with a GUARANTEED MINIMUM Rental Income of 6% in the first year. Since rental yields on the Dunes have been estimated to reach as high as 22% this structure offers clients potential to capitalize on much higher rental returns, whilst safely knowing that a minimum return will always be guaranteed.
An independent rental assessment has been carried out on the Dunes by the UK based rental management company, Well placed Apartments. Their estimates on achievable yields vary from 12% to 20% depending on the apartment type in the resort. Further information on their rental assessment can be found HERE.
Investors therefore have the following choices at their disposal upon completion:
Option 1 (Security) – Enter into the rental guarantee contract which will pay you a MINIMUM of 6% gross rental income for the rental of your apartment in the first year. The requirements are that a furniture pack such as the Silver package is taken up and that all furniture is installed prior to commencement of your rental income. Additionally with this option, there is a personal allowance of only 1 week use during the offpeak season since the investment is geared towards making maximum rental income.
OR
Option 2 (Lifestyle Choice) – This option appeals to those who plan on using the property as a holiday home with rental possibilities as well. Conditions are minimal and properties can be rented with or without furniture on short or longer term rents. This option also allows you to use your property whenever you wish as long as enough notice is given to the rental agent
